Sharon Meredith has been active since an early age. However, she was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 1987 and was determined to take control of her medical condition. Her life of health, wellness, and fitness began.

In 1988, Sharon became a certified group exercise leader and worked as the aerobic director at CMI Health and Tennis Club. She began competing in The National Aerobic Championship in the Mixed Pair category, finishing 6th, 3rd and 4th from 1995 to 1997. She traveled internationally teaching group exercise and sport aerobics in Europe and South America. In 1996, Sharon was honored to become part of The National Aerobic Championship Video series. In 1997, Sharon moved to San Diego where she worked for the world-renowned Golden Door Spa and its sister resort Rancho La Puerta. In 1998, she obtained her Pilates certification from Long Beach Dance Conditioning.

Sharon has been certified in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Pilates, Spinning, Urban Rebounding, NIA and Massage.

Sharon lives in North County Coastal where she enjoys spending time with her fantastic boyfriend; Woody and adorable dog; Ocean.
