Boot Camp is a multi-dimensional workout that is a great fit for everyone from the fitness enthusiast to the mom with a newborn. It is fun, simple, filled with camaraderie and will give you the results you are looking for.

Workouts vary. One of the keys to getting results is mixing up your workouts and not getting caught in a rut. We lunge, walk, run, jump, perform calisthenics, functional exercises and stretching. We use exercise tubing, body weight, and objects in the environment for training. Your workout will be complete and will help you earn the toned, strong, sleek and symmetrical body you desire.

EZ Does It – This is the starting point to enveloping your life of health and wellness. Develop body awareness, balance, flexibility, and work your heart through walking and movement. A gentle yet thorough workout to start you off as you shed those unwanted pounds.

Is This My Body? – So you are not 20 anymore. That’s a great thing! Look at how much you’ve learned over the years. Now, let’s get healthy and move. This total body workout incorporates cardiovascular exercise, resistance work, postural work, core work. You get it all!

You’ve Got To Be Kidding Me! – Challenge yourself with running, jumping, pushing, pulling. This overall workout will leave you feeling like you can conquer the world!

Stairway to a Great Bottom Line – Utilize stairs to not only strengthen your heart but to get those buns of steel you’ve been searching for. Sleek thighs and a high butt: we wanna have it all!

Fit to the Core – Balance your workout by developing your core. Tone your tummy with movement inspired by Joseph Pilates. Learn true strength, balance and the importance of flexibility to be a lean, mean, long muscled machine.
