
Personal Training is a form of physical training
that is determined by your goals, needs and wants. Are you looking
for health and wellness or do you want to improve your tennis game?
Perhaps you want to run a marathon or do a body building competition.
All of these aspects of what you want will determine what training
is best for you. Different tools will be used to achieve your goals.
Body weight exercises, free weights, exercise tubing, stability balls,
jump ropes, etc. are some of the tools that may be used.
Personal training can be done on a one-on-one
basis in your home or on a team basis in the great outdoors.

and train! Have fun and enjoy the camaraderie of those you care about.
I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer
since 1989 and an ACE certified Group Exercise professional since
1987. As an athlete, I participated in sport aerobics from 1995 through
1997. I learned a thing or two about training properly, specifically,
and even over-training and would love to share my expertise with you.
Besides coming to you in your home, on-site
at your gym or your neighborhood park, I council individuals via phone
and email. This modality is great for those of you who will do the
activity requested on your own. It is a perfect way to be held accountable
and achieve your goals while keeping costs low. Contact

FREE FITNESS CONSULTATION
- Whether you utilize my services or not, I want to help people
live healthier, happier lives. If you don’t have health, nothing
in life is quite as sweet. We will chat for approximately 30 minutes
(in person or on the phone) during which time we will talk about
YOU. What are YOUR goals, YOUR challenges, YOUR injuries, YOUR aches
and pains, YOUR strengths. Be ready to answer questions about nutrition,
weight management, past exercise experience, things you like to
do and things you really dislike doing. Based on our findings, I
will email you recommendations and an exercise plan that you can
do in your home, on the road, or in the gym.
AT-HOME FITNESS
PLAN AND COACHING - Do you
need a little help with your fitness plan? Perhaps you are on-again,
off-again when it comes to achieving your goals. You are not alone!
Let me let you in on a little secret…very few people can be
consistent on their own. Why do you think professional athletes
have coaches, trainers, nutritionist, etc? Successful business people
have business coaches. Honestly, I love teaching bootcamps and group
exercise classes because I get my own workout in while motiviating
others and getting paid! My clients hold me accountable. How awesome
is that! The truth is that almost all of us need to be held accountable.
This program entails a personalized program sent to you via email.
We will chat once per week to gauge your results. If one of your
goals is weight loss, you will write a food/activity journal and
send me daily emails detailing energy in (food) and energy out (exercise).
THE JUMP-START
- Perfect for after the holidays, just before swimsuit
season or anytime you are ready to get back in shape. This one on
one training program can entail different approaches to personal
training as well as Pilates. 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks.
