As I walked Ocean this morning, I thought "I need to come clean with my peeps and ask for their help."
Have you made excuses to eat/drink/not exercise because "I'm too stressed. I'll get back at it when this situation passes". Well, that's where I have been. I'm GREAT at exercising as that's part of what I do for a living. However, my nutrition has been less than steller and my usual glass of wine 4 to 5 times a week has turned into considerably more. This has led me to gain a few unwanted lbs. This article came up on the exact day I needed it!!! Isn't life interesting and grand?
