WHY WATER?

So many of us underestimate the power of good old H2O.  Here are just some of the benefits:

  • Keeps you full

  • Flushes toxins

  • Reduces number of headaches

  • Less joint pain

  • Look younger --- less wrinkles

  • Increase energy and just feel better

  • Reduces inflammation;  keeps belly flat

 

I have a challenge for you!  For one week, every day, drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water.  Yes…if you weigh 200 pounds that means 100 ounces or 12.5 glasses.  You can do it!  For those of you who “don’t like water”, I ask you three things:  1) Did you like your first taste of alcohol?  2) Did you drink it anyway because you liked the “results”  3) Do you now like the taste?

 

If you don’t drink, ask these questions about something else in your life that you do/eat because you like the results.  My point is that taste can be acquired.  My point is that  you will LOVE how you feel.  You will love the results.

 

In one week, please tell me the difference drinking water has made for YOU!
